White Rock Lake & all of its walking trails, fishing & picnicing opportunities are near. Larger back yard has plenty of shady areas to help you feel the outdoors. Carport is in front of the garage for tandem parking. Back yard does have a stoarge bldg which is not a part of the lease - landlord reserves this for tools and materials which might need accessed 3 or 4 times a year.
