You MUST have a good 4 wheel drive vehicle to be able to access this property year round. The drive from the Lodge to Old Town Fort Collins is on 14 miles of winding country road, takes about 35 minutes and includes 3 miles of dirt road. Best for someone who doesn't have to commute into town every day although the commute into Fort Collins is scenic and peaceful. IMPORTANT NOTES: Please don't even think about viewing this property without an appointment!!! It is located on a private no trespassing road and the neighbors are not kind to trespassers. Again, DO NOT try to view the property or drive by without an appointment. We need to email and then discuss details on phone before setting up a showing. You must have good references and credit to rent this place. The maximum occupancy is 3 persons due to limitations of well water supply. Prefer a 12 month lease but a shorter or longer duration is negotiable.
