This apartment is privately owned and operated independently from the hotel. Guests must provide a copy of their driver's license ID for property security and age verification; guests must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking anywhere on the property is prohibited, and any violation will result in a minimum $600 fine for evidence of smoking or tampering with/disabling smoke/CO alarms, including finding cigarette butts. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not. Towels or linens are not permitted to be taken from the unit. Any towels or linens not recovered immediately after a guest's stay will be replaced at the guest's expense. Guests will be charged $20 for each white towel used for purposes other than makeup removal, for which a black towel should be used. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book; guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
