The first lower level includes an arcade and game room with table tennis, air hockey, Skee-Ball, and a classic arcade machine, as well as a 'Sports Holy War Room' with a 75-inch TV, pub stools, couch, fridge, and pool table. The second lower level features a two-story multi-purpose entertainment room with musical instruments and a karaoke machine. The backyard is fenced and includes yard games. Two of the three enclosed garage parking spots are available for guests, with one spot used by the homeowner for their personal vehicle. Three additional parking spots are located in the driveway. Street parking is not recommended due to the road grade and potential for towing during winter.
