Very cozy 3 bed just blocks away from McGolrick park. The apartment is on the second floor and is a one story walk up. Apartment has one master bedroom and two smaller rooms, perfect for a couple that could each use at home office/studio space. Features include hardwood floors, brick walls, a dishwasher, wall mounted AC unit, video intercom and tons of closet space. There are various laundry mats, cute restaurants, coffee shops, bars, as well as a Met Foods within blocks. McGolrick park has a dog park, weekly Sunday farmers market as well as other cute community events like bird watching club. The location is in a very up and coming part of Greenpoint, yet still has a deep rooted community and feels very mellow and friendly. We are looking to find a tenant to take over our lease for a May 1st move in, lease term ending September 30th (with option for renewal). The building is requiring the lease take over tenant to go through their standard application process. 1st Month’s rent & 1 Month’s rent as deposit due upon lease signing. Applicants must make 40x the rent single or combined, and have good credit. Pet Policy: Applicant must submit picture of animal along with all veterinarian documents up to date for approval. Once approved a pet rider must be signed by applicant and a pet rent is charged monthly anything under 50lbs is $50.00 a month and over 50lbs is $100.00 a month. This should also be put on their application and documents submitted through their application.
