About This Home
We've owned this property for several years and have taken great care of it. The location is between Patterson and Monument, just east of Horsepen, close to University of Richmond,The Village Shopping Center,St. Mary's Hospital and the Shops at Libbie and Grove. The home is an all brick rancher with three bedrooms, one of which works well as an office b/c it opens to the hallway and kitchen. A unique feature of this home is the very large family room that is open from the kitchen. This space also has a full bath, extra large closet and a washer and dryer closet. We've had the hardwood floors refinished, the whole house painted and put LVP floors in the kitchen and family room. The kitchen has granite counter tops. We also just replaced the roof and the gas furnance. The home has central air. The lawn is Zoyzia grass so it's like a carpet. There is a large driveway that fits two cars front to back with a slate chip patio wrapping around the rear of the house. The is a small cedar wood shed with electricity. The tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn care.
6607 Rolling Rd is a house located in Henrico County and the 23226 ZIP Code.
