Moved into this apartment complex summer of 2023 it has been great. Great community, great neighbors. Management and maintenance are available when needed and easily accessible if items are broken. No need to worry about stolen packages or missing items as there are friendly concierge at the front that's there to help as well. The apartments are spacious, walk in closet that are a plus and a hard to find in NYC and lots of kitchen counter top space, and there are some upgrades coming soon. LIke I said great community and you won't be disappointed!

This apartment building has the most scenic views Carlos was very helpful efficient, move in was easy application an approval was very quick.. pictures of apartments are spot on.

I had been searching for the perfect apartment with the ample amount of space I needed! After many tours within all the communities along the waterfront (which I thought was my ideal preference) I requested to view a unit within 66 Main Lofts. As soon as I saw the unit I knew this was it (I never looked at another unit) Open floor plan, Two huge walk in closets (and I do mean huge) No other complex in the area offers this, I've seen them all. Huge windows and brand new floors following an updated assessment! Which Carlos from management had no problem coming in to agree was much needed even after I had been moved in for over 4 months. From the beginning the leasing process was smooth, professional and Carlos from management is very thoughtful whenever you are transparent and communicate so that he may access your needs as best he can. The on-site maintenance team has always been helpful and responsive throughout my time here. The building is well-maintained and might I add all the amazing "major" upgrades throughout the entire building (paint, carpets, hardwood floors, recreational services) that's taking place now. We are getting every bang for our buck! We are like the new improved kids on the block!!! And I must say I enjoy my stay at 66 Main.

I had the best tour the other day at 66 Main. The staff was so friendly, and the units are the largest in the market. The location is A+. The leasing staff mentioned the carpets are going to be replaced shortly. I would love to live at a building with owners that care so much!

The building is well-maintained, and the location in downtown Yonkers is super convenient. Overall, I was really satisfied with my time at 66 Main and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area!

I called four times, and someone answered my call and immediately hung up the phone on every call without saying hello. During the last call, the representative at 66 Main forwarded my call to her voicemail. If this management company behaves rude, dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional to people inquiring about renting from them, I could only imagine how careless they are at managing current tents. First impressions are valuable, and renting from Kohl is an absolute no for me. I rate them ZERO STARS!
