worst management ever

Has a pretty cool floor plan and the walled in patio is nice but that's about the only positive. Manager seems lacking basic skills. Any maintenance requests take a minimum of 10 phone calls or 2-3 months response time. Manager promised the pool was being repaired when we moved in but almost a year later it still sits drained with a broken safety gate around it. Landscaping potentially beautiful but management won't repair broken sprinklers so everywhere just floods. No lighting in parking lot or sidewalks at night because it's on during the day instead of night. A very long list of simple things like that make this place stressful and leave you feeling ripped off every month you pay rent.
