Hi there, we are renting out bedrooms in our amazing 7-bedroom home in North Dallas to female students and young professionals. The house is ideally situated just off the 635 freeway and Hillcrest Road, just 6 miles north of SMU and 6 miles south of UTD. The house is massive at 5,200 sqft with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Most bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms and significant closet space. The house also has a pool with a diving board and plenty of room to hang out in the backyard. The rooms will be available mid January. Sorry but no pets, drugs, smoking, couples, or kids. We are only looking for female roommates that are not looking to party at the house.
