Our "Boston" location is everyone's favorite. It is one of our closest facilities to downtown Denver, and is very close to the Denver Tech Center. The closest medical facilities would be those in South Denver, such as Sky Ridge Medical Center, Porter Adventist, Children's Hospital (Highlands Ranch) or Swedish Medical Center. Our newly renovated apartment homes are roomy and very stylish, and all yours (we don't offer shared spaces). All of these units are newly renovated. Our Studio units are set up similar to a hotel room, with a mini-fridge, a small microwave and a desk/workspace area. All units are fully furnished, and offer the basics needed to get you going. All utilities are paid, except for TV and phone services. But each unit does have a smart TV so you can always log in to any subscriptions you may already have. Also, Boston has a beautiful pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends, and a gym open year round, included in the rent price. Our building is located right next to the pool and gym. Doors open from the outside via covered breezeways. All floors require the use of stairs, even the first floor. Our studios do not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundry room in a nearby building (#8). Each unit has air conditioning, heating, and Wireless Internet (not all rooms are hard wired). We use keypad access for all buildings and for each renovated unit. There are tons of nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. Whether it's "Del Frisco's" upscale steakhouse with an enforced Dress Code, or "Cafe Rio's" laid back casual environment, there are endless options nearby. Boston is for those who want a bit of a higher end experience with a budget friendly price tag. *** Cats and dogs accepted with applicable Fee and monthly pet rent. *** $400.00 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee required for all leases.
