This home offers built-in USB ports, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, keyless entry, spacious closets, granite counters, carpet and hardwood floors, high ceilings, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi access, and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances including a dishwasher, electric range/stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, blender, food processor, pots and pans, basic spices for cooking, and an iron and ironing board. The bathroom features a shower with a full-size tub, complimentary toiletries, and a blow dryer. The bedrooms can be brightly lit from large windows or perfectly darkened with room-darkening curtains and feature a super comfort queen memory foam mattress, a cedar-lined closet with extra pillows and blankets, luggage racks, and plenty of outlets for all your electronic devices. Enjoy the large backyard with a barbecue area, perfect for pets and outdoor activities. A secure 2-car private garage is available. Conveniently located near everything you need, this home is 5 miles from Dallas N Tollway, 15 miles to Stonebriar Mall, 3 miles to Heritage Park, 2 miles to Superwalmart, 8 miles to Baylor, Scott and White Medical Center, 2.8 miles to Russell Creek Park with hiking trails, 1.5 miles to Jack Carter Outdoor Pool Center with bike riding and hiking trails, 3 miles to Sam Rayburn Tollway, 2 miles to various golf clubs, 11 miles to IKEA Frisco, 15 miles to Toyota Headquarters and Dallas Cowboys Headquarters/Training Center, 14 miles to The Shoppes at Legacy, 18 miles to Dallas Love Field, and 25 miles to DFW Airport. Uber/Lyft or a rental car is suggested for getting around. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use and tampering with it will result in a $500 fine. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. If you are caught smoking you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. If you are bringing a pet, you must declare this when booking your reservation. Breed restrictions may apply. A pet fee per pet will apply with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. No parties are allowed. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite. We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. This community enforces quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Lost door keys or a remote fob will be charged a $150 replacement fee. All persons staying overnight for the duration of the reservation must be accounted for on your guest list. If any violation of house rules are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Packages are not allowed to be ordered to this location for privacy reasons. A list of the closest dropbox locations (Amazon, UPS, etc.) can be provided for your convenience. Exceptions may apply for long-term stays (please inquire). All guests will be required to verify identity prior to accessing the property and must have a working phone number to contact for emergencies. For long-term stays (28 days or longer), guests are required to complete a criminal background check for approval and a $500 trust and safety hold/charge which will be refunded 3-5 days after checkout. Any guests that are 30 mins past the listed checkout time will be charged a $50 fee. If late 2 hours or more, you will be charged the full rate for another night. [SI]
