The kitchen boasts a large island and stainless steel appliances. The half bath is found at the base of the stairs. On the second level we have all three bedrooms as well as a full bath and a separate laundry room, no carrying laundry up and down stairs! The master bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan for your convenience and a large master bath. The master bath has an extended shower with a bench, a large walk in closet, and a two-sink vanity. The house also features forced air heating, air conditioning, and a whole house fan. The backyard is accessed through the living room and has a patio as well as a split rail fence around the private yard. During the summer months enjoy the community pool! The home is located in School District 20, built in 2019, and does have A/C. The HOA will maintain the yard, the tenant is responsible for keeping it clean. Trash is included! All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Pets are allowed! If approved, there is a refundable $300 deposit per pet, and a monthly charge of $35 per pet. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11 month lease.
