Living at NoHo
11059 McCormick St,
North Hollywood, CA 91601
$2,176 - $3,824 Total Monthly Price
Studio - 3 Beds
This is a spacious one-bedroom, one-bath downstairs apartment that is available now. Rent is $1,475 . Refundable security deposit is $1,000. TOTAL MOVE IN PRICE IS $2,475. Credit/eviction/background check is $20 per application. This is a charming 8-unit building from the 50s. The kitchen counters have pink tile and the bathroom has peach/pink tile/sink/tub! There is a dining area off the kitchen and adjacent to the living room, which has beams in the ceiling. There is a shared open patio. No smoking and no pets allowed. Three (3) people maximum may live in this apartment. (We put down 650 square feet, but that is an estimate because we have not actually measured. Sorry! The bedroom is larger than in modern buildings, plus there is the dining area which opens to the kitchen and living room, so that makes the apartment feel spacious, too.) WE DO CHECK CREDIT and we do check all rent history and employment references. Rental voucher applicants can ask to submit alternate evidence for ability to pay (instead of credit history). All adults 18 or over must fill out an application neatly and completely and QUALIFY ON THEIR OWN with a FICO score of at least 715 and satisfy our strict written rental criteria (including documented income or proof of ability to pay, low income to debt ratio, 3 years of positive recent rental history with pristine record of paying rent on time, etc.) This unit requires a 1-year rental agreement; no short-term rentals. We ask for the first month’s rent and deposit in cash. Laundry room on premises with washer and dryer. Stove and air conditioner provided. Range provided. Previous tenant left clean, working fridge. Sandy beige beautiful vinyl plank flooring. Owner pays for gardening service, trash collection fees, and water bill. No carport space is provided with this unit; easy parking on Sylvan St., which is a nice street with houses. Tenants shall pay for electricity and gas. Call Lynn for an appointment to see the place. •••It is recommended that you not bother applying if you have a lower FICO score, any evictions/bankruptcies/foreclosures, current or past delinquent accounts, bills in collections, or no credit record. If you have no credit record or not enough credit history for a FICO score to be generated, you will not qualify. We might consider an applicant with a FICO score as low as 700 if other components of the application are especially good and you carry low debt. Applications and rental criteria sheet are available on site when you go for your appointment. Texting is okay but PLEASE DO NOT CALL AFTER 8:00 PM OR LATE AT NIGHT OR LEAVE MESSAGES. I speak a little Spanish but you must speak slowly. You can call Lynn between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm. We can usually give you a SAME DAY or immediate appointment to see the apartment! Unit is vacant and available now.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data.
