Feel at home in this cozy winter base for ski days. This is a historic Victorian home built in 1900 and fully refinished with modern upgrades. This stunning property offers a spacious living area filled with natural light, hardwood floors, and large windows for a bright and cozy winter atmosphere. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. There are four generously sized bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite with a closet and en-suite bathroom. Enjoy soft linens, warm lighting, and comfortable bedding. Outside, you'll find a private patio area and a private hot tub. A mobile fence is also available to close off the driveway and let your children and pets enjoy the yard safely, even in the snow. Street parking is permitted as signage indicates. The driveway fits up to 4 vehicles, and guests also have access to two garage stalls, and an EV charger. Located in a walkable neighborhood with nearby eateries, bars, shops, and parks, this is perfect for rest days between runs. The apartment is situated in the heart of Salt Lake City, providing easy access to a wide range of amenities and attractions. Just steps away, you'll find an array of trendy restaurants, local coffee shops, and bustling shops. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to nearby outdoor activities like Liberty Park, hiking the Bonneville Shoreline trail, or biking the Avenues Foothills. The apartment is located just one block from the Trolley Station on the TRAX Red Line, guests enjoy direct access to downtown landmarks including Rice-Eccles Stadium, Delta Center, Abravanel Hall, Eccles Theater, and Temple Square. Winter guests can easily hop on the ski bus for a smooth ride to nearby resorts, or take a short drive to some of Utah’s top ski destinations: Woodward (30 miles), Park City Mountain (40 miles), Alta (40 miles), Snowbird (45 miles), and Deer Valley (45 miles). A fee of $10 per pet, per day, will be assessed. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. [SI]
