Designed for comfort and convenience, this studio is an ideal retreat for solo travelers and couples. It features a comfortable queen-size bed, a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a private bathroom stocked with essentials, including a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Pets are welcome with a daily fee of $30 per pet, up to a maximum of 15 days. For extended stays of 15 days or more, the cost is capped at $150 per pet. Up to 2 pets per booking are welcome. If you're planning to bring more than two, you will be guided through the process, which may include a refundable admin hold. All dogs need to be licensed, registered, and have their rabies vaccines up-to-date. Breed restrictions apply: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids and Bull Mastiffs are not permitted. Service animals that are registered with the city are welcome at no charge. The South End is a charming Boston neighborhood with brick townhouses, tree-lined streets, and small parks. It’s full of cozy cafés, great restaurants, and local shops, all in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, just minutes from downtown. Getting around is easy with the "T" (Boston's public transportation system). You'll find both bus stops and subway stations within walking distance. Nearby subway stops include Mass. Ave (Orange Line) located on Mass Ave between Columbus Ave and St. Botolph Street, Symphony (Green Line) at the corner of Massachusetts Ave and Huntington Ave, and the Silver Line which stops at the corner of Massachusetts Ave and Washington Street. The #1 Bus, located at the corner of Massachusetts Ave and Columbus Ave, can take you to Cambridge. Air conditioning is provided seasonally during the warmer months (typically late spring to early fall) and is not available during the winter. The building has sensitive plumbing, so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper; a designated bin is provided for all other waste. There is no parking available, but street parking in the South End is limited, and there are several paid garages nearby if needed. Parties, smoking, and drug use are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Any unruly behavior could lead to eviction without a refund, and there may be a charge of $5,000 for excessive wear and tear. Smoking inside or within 25 feet of the premises may result in a $500 charge. In the event of police involvement due to disturbances, a $500 fine may be incurred. If there are undeclared guests staying during your stay who were not included in your original booking, a $150 charge per person will apply. If you fancy some extra relaxation time on your departure day, there's a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. If you require on-site assistance after regular hours, including lockouts, a $200 service charge will be incurred.
