Looking for a tenant for: 1 bedroom, small living area, and private deck (full upstairs level) $950/rent* *Rent/month + utilities (electric) Water, Garbage, High Speed Internet included! Common areas of the house are furnished and have all kitchen utensils available. You would need to furnish your bedroom. The pictures attached consist of: -Yard -Upstairs bedroom (first pic is from when I lived there and the next 2 are current renter) -Hallway (upstairs) -Personal small living room (first 2 pics are from when I lived there and next 3 are current renter) -Personal deck with table and chairs (upstairs) -Living room & portion of dining room (main level) -Kitchen (main level- 2 pics) -Bathroom (shared with main level renter) Available as soon as June Preferably 12 month lease Security deposit= Month of rent The house is a few blocks from Como lake and has the bus line right by it if needed. On the main level we have a comfy living area, bathroom (which is shared with the main level renter), open kitchen, dining room and bedroom for renter on main level. Downstairs is finished with a bathroom (typically only for the basement renter) and bedroom. It also has the utility room (shared), laundry room (shared), and a living room (space only for basement renter). Upstairs area is not a shared space with other renters, it would only be for you. We have a big fenced in yard with a bonfire pit. Attached to the house is a large deck. It is baseboard heat for the winter and we have an a/c unit on the main level and an optional window unit for the upstairs bedroom if you want to install it. Otherwise, you can go without or get your own. What we are looking for: * We hope to find someone that is very respectful, pays bills on time, and helps clean as well. * If you smoke, you have to do it outside but we would prefer no smoking on property. * No excessive drinking and partying. * We’re ok with BBQs and small gatherings. * We are also LGBTQ+ friendly. * We understand that people have significant others and the occasional overnight guest is fine, however no constant overnight guests. * We will need you to be ok with cats because the basement tenant has a cat.
