1 Bedroom 1 Bath Upper units 1-car Carport Parking. Finding a hard time finding an apartment in Huntington Beach that allows pets? This is one of the few apts that I searched and searched for in HB that had everything I was looking for. For one they allow cats and dogs and do not charge pet rent! Amenities include: Gym, heated pool and jacuzzi year round, BBQs, right next to Larkview Park to let your dogs off leash and roam free. Maintenance staff are on the premises 24/7 constantly upgrading and upkeeping grounds. They even helped me setup and hookup my surround sound and hung up picture frames and built shelves. Washer and dryer hookups in storage area on balcony. Sliding door entrances from living room and bedroom. I can even fit my large 6 seater dining room table in the dining room. Walk in closet comes with closet organizers. Please let me know if interested asap! I need to move out to a 3 bedroom but I signed a lease. I would even be willing to sell my full size washer, dryer, and stainless steel refrigerator to stay with the pla
