There is a private entrance into the space as well as an outdoor deck and plenty of free, unrestricted street parking. The house itself backs up to County owned land with lots of trees and a small creek. Price includes rent and utilities, along with Verizon Fios internet (1GB). Easy access to all major roads and highways (395, 66, 50). The closest Metro stops are in Ballston (2 miles) and Pentagon City (3.5 miles).
