A few steps from your bedroom is a washer/dryer which is certainly an underrated little perk. Any interested applicant should be relatively quiet and clean. This isn’t a party house and I’d like to keep it that way. Rent is $900 if you sign a 6 month lease and $850 if you sign a 12 month lease which does include utilities and TV subscriptions.
