We have a private courtyard with string lights, a TV with wifi, and Adirondack chairs for hanging out. No stinky trash cans or big dumpsters around here because we have on-site, underground garbage bins. PARKING AND APPLIANCES ARE INCLUDED! NO HIDDEN FEES. IT'S JUST RENT + UTILITIES. We pay for the rest. Security cameras are installed outside. We're mostly booked for the 26-27 school year, though we have a few units left.
