The condo complex has a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, a 24-hour gym with free weights and cardio equipment, a convenience store, and a coffee shop. One free assigned parking space is included, and unlimited free parking is available on the street. Dogs are welcome with a $99 pet fee. A travel crib (pack n' play), baby high-chair, self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, and baby stroller can be provided free of charge upon request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided for $25 per item per stay. Located within walking distance of major attractions, this condo is just 3.5 blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center and an easy walk from world-class shopping, dining, and the best entertainment that Salt Lake City has to offer. The condo complex is also about a half block away from a light rail (Trax) train station. There is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley and this home is very close to several of the bus stops. No cats are allowed. [SI]
