About This Property

603 is a duplex in the heart of the Summit-University neighborhood; owned and operated locally (it's our only rental property)! We love the lower unit and hope you will too. The lower unit is available November 1, 2024; an earlier move in may be possible, please inquire if this is needed. Monthly rent covers parking (off-street), laundry (shared), clean storage space, trash/recycling, water, and gas utilities (heat). Tenant pays electricity. Pets allowed with +$25 monthly pet rent. As part of the rental application, please be prepared to pay an application fee, provide a complete rental history, complete a background/credit check*, and provide proof of minimum income (2X monthly rent payment). Requirements include: no previous criminal convictions, positive credit history.
