Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Pets are welcome with a fee based on stay length, collected separately. Additional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an extra fee. Located in a vibrant neighborhood known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there's plenty to explore during your stay in Cincinnati. From casual local coffee shops to high-end eateries, shops, and attractions are around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance, and electric scooters available for rent. No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs.
