We are able to lease anytime in February, and will prorate your February rent amount depending on when you move in. Perfect if you are moving into the area and need to get a feel for Boulder. We have lived here for 3.5 years but have to move due to a work relocation. The landlord is awesome and very understanding, and the location is unbeatable. Easy bike ride downtown, and a 3 minute walk to Table Mesa Park-n-Ride (RTD bus station) if you need to get to Denver, the Airport, or downtown Boulder.
