At Givens Gerber Park, we are pioneering the next generation of affordable rental retirement housing for those 55 years old and up. 60 Givens Gerber Park offers 82 market rate units and rents are determined by the household's yearly gross income. Building 60's income limits are $27,901 or above for one applicant and $31,920 or above for two applicants.We welcome you to connect with friends over lunch in our on-campus café, workout in the fitness center, or take a class. As a Gerber Park resident, you're free to enjoy indoor and outdoor community spaces, raised garden beds, the library, and community computers. Residents may participate in activities designed to help them remain active and engaged.Givens Gerber Park is located in beautiful, convenient South Asheville with numerous shops, grocery stores, and pharmacies nearby.
