The beautifully decorated open-concept living area features modern furniture and a bright ambiance. The kitchen comes fully loaded with all appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher along with tons of kitchenware including various plates, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, knives, three types of coffee makers, a blender, toaster, Crock Pot, and more. As our guest, you'll have free access to all the complimentary amenities at the clubhouse, including the fitness center, the business center, and the outdoor saltwater pool. This apartment is located within a modern gated community in the Polaris area of Westerville on the north side of Columbus. The community is nestled against a beautiful nature preserve with lots of trees and green space, yet also walkable to a few restaurants, an organic grocery, Clean Juice, Orange Theory, and much more. You'll be close to the popular Polaris Fashion Place mall, just 2-3 miles away, and even closer to Top Golf and dozens more restaurants. Getting around is super easy in the Polaris area with driving and parking being a breeze, and you'll enjoy close proximity to the freeway. Uber and Lyft are also available within minutes at pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment is located on the 3rd/top floor, which means you'll be able to enjoy peace and quiet since there are no apartments above. However, there's no elevator, so please only book this home if you are physically able to climb a few steps. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on community property, including the balcony and parking lot. We are not able to welcome pets inside this apartment. Easy self-check-in is available via a secure door keypad with a new code for each guest. Your stay includes a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, foil, and plastic wrap. Includes an office desk and chair, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a large 50" smart TV with complimentary DirecTV, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
