One small dog under 30 lbs is welcome with a pet fee. The Loop Haus is just minutes from South Congress, Zilker Park, and downtown, making it an ideal location for exploring the vibrant city of Austin. You’re close to all that makes South Austin special: it's 10–15 minutes to South Congress, Zilker Park, and Downtown and nearby local favorites like Jo's Coffee, Cosmic Coffee, St. Elmo Brewing, Radio Coffee & Beer, The Yard and LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue. It's also close to Central Market, Sprouts, and several local taco joints and coffee shops, with easy access to the airport and main highways (Ben White, MoPac, I-35). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. No commercial photography, parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance and there are no Saturday check-outs. Adult dogs only – must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture – including couches, chairs, and beds, and any signs of paws or fur on furniture may result in a cleaning fee being charged. Please clean up after your dog – all waste must be picked up before checkout. Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. For the comfort of all our guests, smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted.
