Outside, you'll find a large backyard with a grill, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs. Kid-friendly amenities include a Pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware. This is a pet-friendly home with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs. Walk or ride 1.5 miles to Wilson Park or the Razorback Greenway, both of which provide convenient access to Northwest Arkansas eateries and shops. A short 5-minute drive will take you to Dickson Street or the Downtown Square, Fayetteville's hub for food, drinks, and entertainment. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
