Tiffany Varela was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She brings her knowledge of the area and her love for the city to each and every client she works with. Tiffany’s work background is in real estate, but more specifically in the closing process. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. After that, she worked for several years for a commercial title company in Greenway Plaza as an Escrow Assistant. It was here that she became extremely familiar with the real estate process. While working at the title company, she had the opportunity to work with many different types of clients – brokers, agents, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and investors. Working on such a range of transactions taught her the ins and outs of the process and also gave her priceless insight into the needs of clients. She understands the emotion that is involved for first-time home buyers, and she knows just how critical time is for an investor. Tiffany’s main work philosophy is to make the client’s experience as smooth as she can. In her mind, the goal is to keep the client informed and educated throughout the process. Tiffany knows this and works hard to anticipate and navigate both the routine requirements and the potential upsets in order to provide her clients with an easy transaction. When she is not working with clients, Tiffany loves to travel. She also enjoys anything to do with art appreciation. She holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Art History.
