great location, good management,
the biggest plus of this apartment is its location, just a couple of blocks from heights shopping district where you can find convenient day to day life articles. also its in walking distance to light rail, journal square PATH. All frequent buses and dollar vans service are available round the clock making the whole of jersey City accessible. there are also many parks and eateries available around this property. Building management is also cooperative, they fix any repairs quite quickly to my satisfaction. bedrooms are quite big, probably u will never find bigger bedrooms in JC. The building though is quite old. I lived 5.5 years, never had any safety concerns and had a good time.
