Both cats and small dogs are welcome with an additional pet deposit! Due to HOA guidelines, there is a limit of two pets per unit and a weight limit of 35lbs, exotic pets are not permitted. Pet Screening is required by all applicants; there is a $25 pet screening fee per pet/year. There is no fee for non-pet applicants or applicants who have an ESA or service animal. The first month's rent and refundable security deposit are due before move-in. A holding deposit of 25% of one month’s rent will be collected upon approval and will be applied to the security deposit at lease signing. Optional $35 per month resident benefit package.
