We are looking for a 12-24month lease to start with option to renew at that time. Upstairs you will find the large third bedroom, sitting area, and new 3/4 bath. The basement is not finished but very clean and has washer/dryer and plenty of room for storage. Heating is radiator on the main level and electric on the 2nd floor, the home does have central air. 1 Car detached garage (No electric). As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities and lawn and snow removal. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
