Smaller second bedroom was recently painted. Very large unfinished basement that can be used as a fitness or crafting area, extra storage or alternative living space. Rental includes washer and dryer and a detached one car garage for extra storage. Lots of walking trails and is close proximity to Corbett - which has all the amenities like Sprouts, Target, banks, World Market, DSW, restaurants and hair salons. Owner pays water and trash and renter must pay electric and gas. No smoking. Small dogs allowed upon additional $500 pet deposit. Plenty of on street parking and also parking spaces in the back of the townhouse. You may use the small detached garage for extra storage. One year lease beginning June 1, 2023 and ending on June 1, 2024 with the opportunity to sign a new lease for another year.
