The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine, and excessive noise should be avoided, as this apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. In case of damage, it is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties), damage caused by the violation of the rental policy (such as violating a no-smoking policy), any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay.
