Please avoid excessive noise as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and may incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost for replacement. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/access cards and replacement parking tags cost $200–$300 per building policy. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
