A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
