South Essex Reviews

Great looking building.. its newly built so all the amenities are brand new which is great.. However, if you drive this is not the best place for you.. Parking is very annoying as there is none. we currently make due by leaving apartment information on the cars in case we are blocking anyone. but even with that you can still get towed. your only allowed 1 car per apartment and its not safe to park on the streets as you might get ticketed. its right by the train station so great if you work in the city or love to party in the city.. if they fix their parking issue it would seriously be a great place to live.
