We’re looking to rent out our 2 bed 2 full bathroom apartment starting October 1st. Water, garbage and natural gas (fireplace) included in rent. Wifi, cable and electricity excluded. This spacious apartment is located on the second floor on the quiet side of the building facing the south side communal garden space with a small patio to bbq. The building is surrounded by plenty of green space and is fully gated which makes it ideal to play outside. The complex is within walking distance to the Selkirk area and galloping goose trail (5 min), Mayfair mall (10 min), and downtown (25 min). Easy bus connections to UVic as well as downtown. Apartment has brand new appliances and in suite laundry. The unit comes with 1 parking stall in the secure underground parking garage as well as a storage locker. Underground garage also has bike storage and a second stall may be rented from the strata directly. 1 Small pet (up to 20lbs as per strata by-laws) may be considered. - References required - Damage deposit is 1/2 month rent, pet deposit (if applicable) would be an additional 1/2 month rent - Non smoking
