Located in a very convenient/busy location near the N, R train and B63 bus line. If you drive, we have both the Brooklyn-Queens expressway and the belt parkway a few blocks away. To get to the city by MTA (train), is roughly 20 to 30 minutes by train and about 15 to 20 minutes by car (depending on traffic). Food, grocery shopping, laundry and restaurants are half a block away. If you want more selections, we have Brooklyn Chinatown (8th avenue) 2 avenues up (food, restaurants, groceries, laundry, doctors offices, pharmacies) and Industry City a few blocks away. This is a nice little apartment on the 3rd floor. It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 kitchen. The asking price is $1,700 with one (1) month security deposit. Paystubs and proof of annual income should be available upon request. Gas and water is included. Electricity is not included. Cats are allowed.
