Hardwood floors (original oak and douglas fir); 3 walk-in closets, one usable for office or storage, ceiling fans & wall heater; 2 skylights and lots of windows for great views. Small back porch and small front yard. Easy access to the 101 Freeway and downtown LA, Hollywood, Griffith Park, Burbank & Glendale. Parking for ONE car only. Street is very quiet. APPLICANTS ONLY TO CALL. Cat or SMALL dog is O.K. Shown by appointment only to principle residence seekers. Supply 2 to 3 professional references and 3 personal references. Though not required by the City, our building has been earthquake retrofitted. Former residents' comments: Whitney - "Staying on De Longpre was a delight ! Beautiful unit with a lot of charm and close to everything. Easy freeway access as well as near trendy Silverlake restaurants and shops. I liked that it had in unit laundry hookups and a lot of storage. I'd recommend renting a unit in this four-plex. I really enjoyed living here." I found the place to be really quiet with the double pane windows and everything was in great shape. I loved the amount of light and space in the apartment and having such great neighbors.
