Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Ample paid street parking is available, and guests staying for more than 7 days can opt for paid garage parking. Additional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee. Up to two pets are allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs or less, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. Located in the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. The Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away, Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles away, Old National Centre is 0.3 miles away, Phoenix Theatre is 0.5 miles away, and Saint Mary's Catholic Church is 0.5 miles away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and the police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. The minimum age is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through the verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
