Additional amenities include a complimentary in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with pre-installed streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and free coffee to start your day. Ample paid street parking is available, and guests staying for more than 7 days can opt for paid garage parking. To enhance your stay, optional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed with an additional pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through the verification portal. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
