Carport and driveway parking are available for two cars, with one space under the carport and one behind, and unlimited free street parking is available. A pet fee of $50 per pet per stay will be added if a pet is added to the reservation. Up to 2 pets per stay are allowed, but no large breeds are permitted. If you have more than one pet, an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected. A one-time charge of $55 is required to unlock the propane tank for the BBQ grill and fire pit. Hot tub heating requires 48 hours advance notice. Located a 2-minute walk from East Cesar Chavez, you'll find mouthwatering tacos and a variety of trendy bars, restaurants, and mom-and-pop shops. A 4-minute ride will have you drinking in the lively vibe of Downtown's eateries and swanky lounges, or head out to have a delicious South Congress (SoCo) brunch. The home is also conveniently located near Rainey Street, Target, Whole Foods, Zilker Park, and the Austin Convention Center. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
