The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with a television and a generous closet, while the second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a flatscreen television. The bathroom features modern bath fixtures, tiled walls and floor, and plush towels. Well-behaved, quiet pets are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without refund. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
