In the front is the largest tree on the block, and the whole yard is set up for irrigation—a gardener and birder's dream. Inside, find ample room for working remotely or hosting guests and an abundance of storage space throughout the house (including temp controlled storage area downstairs). The location offers the best of both city and mountain access. It's a quick drive, bike, bus or rail downtown and easy access to the mountains or Boulder via nearby highways. This is a very friendly neighborhood and community where you will always see people out and about walking dogs, exercising, and playing in the park. The detached 1-car garage comes with a workshop, perfect for storing all your outdoor gear. With a dining area connected to the kitchen, this home is designed for entertaining. Plus, as a dog-friendly home, your pup can enjoy the large fenced-in yard. This is a great chance to experience the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and community within Denver proper.
