Granite countertops and essentials like measuring cups, spoons, and mixing bowls complete the kitchen. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Many neighborhood restaurants have patios that welcome dogs. On-site parking is ample and convenient. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Damage to the home or furnishings will be the guest's responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. A laptop computer is not included.
