Just off the kitchen is a bonus room that can be used as an entertainment room and it features a full functioning wood fireplace. The safe in the bonus room will not be available for tenant use. Downstairs in the basement is a full sized washer and dryer. There is a second bathroom in the basement, as well as additional storage space between shelves, closets, and an additional bonus room that's perfect for storage (this room is not a conforming bedroom. There is a full fenced back yard with a detached two car garage. The home is heated and cooled through a central system.
