506 South is really a great place to call home! Super attentive staff that listens to your every need, lovely pool and the grounds are always kept super clean and neighbors are very respectful too. Property has been updated recently and it’s like living in luxury for a much more affordable price!

With the new management, there have been so many upgrades and improvements in our living spaces. I called the property manager about an issue I was having and she got it handled by end of day. This was such a huge improvement from the old management company that took weeks to fix any issues. Love the new improvements!

where do i even start! everything about this place has been horrible it’s roach INFESTED, maintenance takes a week to even come look at anything, i still don’t have knobs in drawers or a working fan and it’s been almost a year, staff is rude (she locked the door on me as i went to refill my laundry card), the laundry machines hardly work, and probably so much more that i can’t even think of right now! it’s a nightmare living here.
I lived in these apartments for a year while I was looking for a house to buy. During that time, our cars were towed multiple times (with stickers on them), it flooded every time it rained, the neighbors below us smoked so much marijuana that my apartment smelled like it half the time, the neighbors in the building next to us we had to call the police on more than on occasion for playing really loud music until 2-4 am during the week, and the office staff is really rude. Every time something was ordered and sent there, they were rude about having the packages. I even had a package sent there by accident after I moved, called to ask them to hold it for me for the next day, and they sent it back anyways, stating, "it is protocol." How hard is it to be kind?? I have NEVER done one of these reviews, however the management, specifically Maria has been very rude an unprofessional.
Horrible place the office staff is too rude and nothing work maintenance is very deficient the units has roaches and rat, I don't recommend this place
This place is over priced and nothing works! Water pressure in shower is horrible, the hot water isn't hot it's just warm. The office staff is RUDE! The laundry facility is disgusting and the machines will randomly turn off hopefully you find a nice worker to look at the breaker. The pool turns green they don't clean it and it's usually closed. They just added grass but usually when it rains it's muddy. I advice you look somewhere else we were in a hurry to find a place which we regret everyday! You can get more for your money somewhere else. They've had gas leaks, ac isn't cool enough you have to close the vent in the living room to cool off your bedroom. Horrible!
