In-unit laundry is available with detergent pods, an iron, and an ironing table. The backyard offers a BBQ grill and basic utensils for outdoor dining. Parking is available for up to 4 cars, with 2 spots in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Allowed vehicles include mid-size SUVs, jeeps, motorcycles, and pick-up trucks. Smoking is allowed off-premises only, and tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Low noise hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and noise monitoring devices are installed. Sustained noise over 90 dB for 5+ minutes triggers an alert, and repeated violations may result in reservation cancellation and removal. Guests are required to select a $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver or a $750 refundable security deposit after booking. No pets are allowed at any time, and violations may incur a $500+ fine.
