Utilities electric, water, gas, and internet/cable are not included and are shared equitably with the rest of the home's tenants. There's also a detached garage to store bicycles, sports and camping equipment, and yard/gardening supplies. Street parking is plentiful and convenient. The owner of the house lives in northern Virginia, so she's nearby and very responsive.
