I absolutely love living here. My neighbors are great some have become like family to me. Management is always available to help. The location is perfect! I’m am sincerely happy to have chosen 500!

Always great. Staff is great. Close to the wonderland station which makes easy travel into the city. Amenities are wonderful. Dog park in the back is good.

Our experience here has been great so far! We love the east access to the beach, and the inviting community. We also love the gatherings that the staff puts together for us to meet and mingle with one another!

I am very happy with the way I was welcomed, very good communication. The person showed the apartment well and I am satisfied to have moved into this apartment because here there is the whole community, everyone is perfect.

Been here almost three years and it’s been great! Management is so friendly and approachable and efficient as well. Love being close to the ocean and the T. Not going anywhere anytime soon!

My wife and I love living here. We use the MBTA everyday and the distance from our door to the station is very convenient. Neighbors and staff are always friendly, especially maintenance!

So far so good service. Lindsay has been very helpful with assisting us with the paperwork for the relocation. The building itself is beautiful and I love all the amenities that they have there. It’s nice to be able to go across the street to the beach and stretch out your feet.

The building feels safe and the maintenance team has been great with keeping the amenities in top shape. However, some things have remained unchanged such as the carpeting on the third and fifth floors, as well as the lack of sense of community.

Great community with a great location! You cannot beat living at the beach with access to the T and restaurants. Plan to be here for a long time.

Best place to live. Management is the best. Couldn’t have found a better property to call home. All the amenities are amazing. Having the beach across from the street is just amazing.

There are so many reasons 500 Ocean Ave is a great place to live. Not only are the apts. modern and spacious the staff throughout the building is amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about the maintenance & leasing teams. They all work very hard to keep our community beautiful/clean and safe. The amenities though out the building are great. 5stars & highly recommended.

Moving in has been smooth and stress-free. It’s been great having staff readily available in the lobby whenever we’ve needed help—they’ve answered every question and addressed every concern, making us feel right at home.

I appreciate the improvements to the building little by little as residents remain at the core of why I stay. There are some spectacular that have remained unchanged regarding the re-broken fireplace, the trash rooms (without cameras still), and lack of communication when personnel changes happen (I.e. new leasing staff).

Amazing apartment, amazing management, I don’r have anything to complain. EV chargers don’t work sometimes but management tried to help me a lot.

All the amenities are great, amazing maintenance team, outside areas are great, we use the grills everytime it’s nice outside. Great service with the package room, staff is friendly.

Love living here. Maintenance and front desk personnel are always around and very friendly. Great views of the beach from the terrace are amazing!

When looking for an apt on Ocean Ave, I highly recommend 500 Ocean Ave. I know there are many apt complexes on Ocean Ave but after living there for almost 2 yrs, I am so very happy with 500 Ocean Ave. First and far most, the leasing office along with the housekeeping/maintenance staff are incredible. They keep the complex clean, safe and beautiful. On a daily basis, the leasing office keeps the complex functioning at top efficiency. The amities within the complex are so nice not to mention how close it is to the T station. Do yourself a favor and tour 500 Ocean Ave, you will not be sorry! 5 star ??????????

It’s a bit early to really tell but our first impressions are wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful throughout the move in process, the neighbors have been kind, the area is amazing for walks with my dog and the view from our apartment is amazing.

The apartment has nice facility, the view is pretty Good, walk down will enjoy the sea. The staff are all nice people, and repair speed is quite fast, like to live here

Couldn’t ask for a more professional place to live. Everyone is great and my apt is wonderful. Great size gym. Wonderful pool and right across the street from the ocean.

Love all the amenities this building offers and the convenience of the T right next door. Summers living on the beach have been so great and having the pool as well have been great!

I’ve been living in this building for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The ocean view from the building is breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The building is in a prime location with easy access to a beautiful running path along the coast. It’s perfect for morning jogs or evening walks by the water. The atmosphere here is peaceful, and I truly appreciate the combination of stunning views and outdoor activities. Definitely a great place to live if you enjoy nature and a calm, scenic environment!

Love the amenities and the staff is always friendly. Pet friendly and the building is very clean. They do a lot of community bonding events which I think is really cute as well.

They made the moving transition very seamless. Very nice and helpful staff who were always there to answer any questions and follow up. I would recommend this building to everyone

The location is excellent, just a short distance from the subway, making transportation extremely convenient. The environment is also beautiful and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

I really enjoy living here! The space is nice and the proximity to the train is really great! One thing to be aware of is the club behind the building can be loud on Friday and Saturday nights until almost 2 am.

I have been at 500 ocean since end of July. I’ve loved my time here. To be able to wake to the sunrise everyday. The amenities and just the overall immediate effort by management to make things the way they should be. Looking forward to the future living here.

Great building, convenient to the blue line. Genuinely enjoy living at 500 Ocean Ave. I just hope they don’t try and out price all their residents due to corporate greed because the neighborhood is great

I had high expectations based on the price and tour, but my experience was far from great. The management consistently changed, and it felt like the staff wasn’t attentive. I had to wait over two years true then to deal with an issue in my unit, even though the place wasn’t particularly busy. Additionally, the atmosphere is unwelcoming with the team, I’m really disappointed and recommend you do your research before moving in.

Lindsay has been the best manager at 500 thus far, super appreciative of all of the new changes. I look forward to renewing when the time comes.

The hallway in front of the door always has an indescribable smell. It's not exactly bad, but it's unpleasant. Other than that, everything is great. Maintenance is efficient, and everyone is very friendly.

Overall a great place to live with a great location and cool amenities. I’d recommend it for sure. You can’t beat the views of the ocean sunsets.

500 Ocean Ave. has everything that you’d want in a rental community. The location with ocean views, local restaurants and train station on the back premises is just wonderful. Great apartment, comfortable and with good amenities. Sometimes pet owners can be inconsiderate and make the property dirty, otherwise a fantastic place to live.
